All my guided mindfulness workshops are designed to be as accessible as possible. The techniques are simple and suitable for people with no meditation experience. If anybody has meditated before, these sessions will hopefully build on existing experiences and be somewhat familiar in nature.

Everybody responds to meditation and mindfulness in different ways. While I strive to ensure a positive experience for everyone, I can’t guarantee a certain outcome or emotional response. What I can do is create the space where the goals of the session are more likely to be hit, and provide attendees with actionable tools that they can interpret for themselves and carry with them long after the session has passed.

A lot of meditation teachers come exclusively from a Health/Wellbeing background. This is fantastic, but can leave some people struggling to apply the concepts and techniques into a completely different working environment. I’ve built my career in Tech Startups and directly refined and applied these techniques in high stress, fast paced environments. My meditation and mindfulness teachings are therefore more tailored to these environments, and more realistic in application.

As different companies use different video call providers, the easiest solution is for you to create an event and simply share the joining instructions/link with me.
I can support sessions that run on:
Microsoft Teams
Zoom
Google Meet
If you use any other provider just let me know and I’ll strive to make it work.

Generally speaking, I can run a session anywhere. In terms of an optimal space, somewhere quiet with minimal distractions is the best environment. Depending on the team size and location, I can bring some meditation cushions. However, for these sessions it’s usually best that attendees either sit on a chair or cross legged on the floor if they’re able to.
If you think your space presents a unique challenge for meditation, just let me know and we can work around it.

Absolutely! The standard workshop is 1 hour, primarily because it’s the most beginner friendly. If you want to work to a slightly different session length, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
You may also want to run a series of sessions over multiple weeks. This gives us time to explore the techniques and dive a bit deeper into each one. With this approach, your team are more likely to find something that really resonates with them. If you’re interested in something like this, book in a call to discuss.
